The Danish pioneer within surface hardening of stainless steel Expanite A/S, is opening a new, 1.000 m2 state-of-the-art treatment center and customer service office in Frickenhausen near Stuttgart during the summer 2016.

With this center, Expanite will move its business even closer to its customers – and in order to improve the service levels, thereby strengthen Expanite’s position as the preferred choice when it comes to offering wear and corrosion resistance solutions for stainless steel.

CEO at Expanite Mr. Thomas Abel Sandholdt states:
“We chose the Stuttgart area as hub for servicing the German and central European markets because of the nearness to these central markets and customers, and since the location offers an ideal platform to absorb the ongoing strong growth that is in the pipeline for the coming months and years. Expanite has already proven itself towards German customers as a very committed and reliable supplier - with unprecedented short lead-times alongside a superior product quality and performance – and now we can improve beyond this level. Further commercial expansion plans towards Switzerland, Austria, France, Benelux and Italy will also benefit significantly from our new facility in Frickenhausen. "

The treatment center in Stuttgart will be Expanite's third center, adding to the existing centers in Denmark and Ohio/US, and will provide customers with complementary services backup.
