Brings almost 20 years’ experience to new role, focused on oil and gas sector

EDCO Seal and Supply Limited, one of Europe’s leading suppliers of sealing products, has appointed Adele Siddall as Technical Sales. Based at the company’s UK Technical Centre in Knutsford, near Manchester, Adele will be responsible for driving sales of EDCO’s range of sealing products to new and existing customers across the UK and Europe, with a particular focus on the oil and gas sector.

Adele Siddall brings almost 20 years of experience in senior sales roles, dealing with sealing products, and within the oil and gas industry to her new role. Adele’s previous work has included account management roles at Parker Hannifin and Gulf Coast Seal.

Commenting on her new appointment, Adele Siddall said: “EDCO is a really good fit for my customer-driven skillset and experience. I’ve particularly enjoyed my work in a distribution environment when I’ve been responsible to sourcing and supplying the best products available to meet the customer’s requirements. The EDCO range and reach provides me with a great opportunity to build on this success.”

She has a broad product knowledge, having worked in technical sales for valves, seals, surface, instrumentation and much more. This appointment follows the recent announcement that EDCO has opened a new £2 million distribution centre in Enderby, Leicestershire to supply UK and European industrial customers with its full range of market-leading sealing products. The 20,000 square feet facility employs 18 people including the creation of two new jobs.
