Brenntag, the global market leader in chemical and ingredients distribution, has just acquired Tan International Limited headquartered in Perth, Scotland. The company is a distributor and blender of specialty and industrial chemicals and ingredients with a broad product and service portfolio for a variety of industries including food and beverage, pharmaceutical, agriculture, and energy.

The acquired business is expected to generate sales of approximately GBP 21 million in the financial year 2019.
